idle hands are the devil's playthings...

...and we've been good this year. Here are some misses and some dishes!
...we were properly hitched...
...the honeymooners in Portland, at The Woodsman Tavern...
...and yes, that is a tower of seafood... Here are a few things we've cooked lately:
Fluke crudo, ginger soy tomatoes, blue corn arepa, grapefruit wasabi
Hazelnut gazpacho, poached lobster, Ossabaw ham, pickled strawberries
Jon's famous kimchi
Octopus, house pasta, radicchio, lemon-foie sauce, rosemary breadcrumbs
Wild rice congee
Banana polenta cake, blackberries, chocolate ganache
Pistachio cake doughnut, sweet potato ice cream, concord grape coulis, marshmallows
...just to overload you with cuteness; Roman, almost 2 now. Sometimes a man just needs a doughnut.
