April Supper Club ( to be served May 1st)

A happy return to upscale dining this month and an extra special location TBA upon reservation!! Only twelve seats available, sign up fast!

Beef carpaccio, flavors of pho, crispy soba, quail egg.
Ramp Vichyssoise, smoked sardine rillette, pretzel croutons, mustard seed relish.
Bacon wrapped rabbit loin with chilled gnocchi "potato salad" & rabbit leg terrine with squaw bread and confit carrots.
Green curry milk braised pork, summer vegetables.
Hibiscus-lime sorbet, mezcal.
